At Emma & James Vancouver, customer satisfaction is our top priority. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may be eligible to return your item under the conditions outlined below. Please read this policy carefully before requesting a return.
Return Conditions
To be eligible for a refund, the following conditions must be met:

Returns can only be requested once the customer has physically received the item.

All return costs, including any international shipping or customs fees, are the responsibility of the customer.

Items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and undamaged, in their original purchased condition.

All original labels, tags, and packaging must still be attached.

Trying on a garment is permitted; wearing it in use is not allowed.

Orders placed with the intention of returning multiple sizes or variants are not eligible for return.

We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.
Return Process
To initiate a return, follow these steps:

Contact us within 30 days of receiving your order at Info@emmajamesvancouver.com to request a return.

Once your return request is approved, you will receive specific return instructions and the return address of our partner for shipment handling.

You must return the item at your own expense. All shipping, handling, and any customs fees are the responsibility of the customer.

We strongly recommend using a shipping method with tracking and proof of delivery, as we are not responsible for lost return shipments.
Refunds
Once the returned item is received, inspected, and approved:

The purchase amount will be refunded to the original payment method used at checkout.

Refunds are processed within 14 business days after the returned item has been approved.

Please note that standard shipping costs are non-refundable.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:

Items showing signs of wear, washing, or damage.

Items returned without approval.

Items returned outside the approved return period.
Liability and Responsibility
Emma & James Vancouver is not responsible for packages marked as delivered by the carrier to an incorrect customer-provided address.
Customers are responsible for ensuring that all shipping information is accurate at checkout.
Address changes or corrections must be requested within 24 hours of placing an order.
